Fall 2016 Workshops: good memories… in Nanaimo (BC), Rouyn-Noranda and Saint-Georges (QC)
September 2016: Nanaimo, British Columbia
Going up on the island and meet with these amazing women of Nanaimo was total bliss! I loved teaching to different generations of women who are interested in living food. I hope seeing them again soon! Thanks to Julie, the coordinator and Paule, my precious assistant.
November 2016: Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec
Tout cru dans l’bec: where it all started. My first raw vegan café. The first one in Quebec! I love seeing the faithful ones again as well as the new ones… This time, young grand-mothers along with teens and young adults learned and made raw chocolate together! Three men were proud to be there. Again, La Semence’s team as well as Marie-Andrée Roberge’s incredible efficiency made a success of this event. Raw chocolate is now made in more and more homes in Abitibiti-Témiscamingue!
December 2016: Saint-Georges, Quebec
To plan a workshop, you need lots of time, lots of means lots of people OR Danie Bérubé and Linda Bourque! With these two women, I was able to meet passionate women from Beauce! Some of them told me how much their family warmly welcomed new plant-based dishes on Holiday feast! I’m looking forward to come over again and teach them how to make raw chocolate, very soon…
